Privacy Browser enhances online privacy by blocking common tracking methods like JavaScript, DOM storage, and cookies. Users can customize settings on a per-domain basis or enable these features dynamically. The Privacy Browser also leverages EasyList block lists to further mitigate tracking, even with JavaScript enabled. Currently powered by Android’s WebView, it functions optimally with the latest version. Future versions (4.x) will utilize a forked WebView, named Privacy WebView, which introduces advanced privacy features such as Tor Orbot proxy support and SSL certificate pinning. Other notable features include full-screen browsing mode and a night mode, contributing to a more secure and comfortable web experience.
