VSCodium

This repository provides pre-built binaries of VSCodium, an open-source fork of Microsoft’s Visual Studio Code (Code – OSS). Unlike the official Visual Studio Code releases, which include telemetry and are licensed under a proprietary agreement, VSCodium offers a fully open-source alternative. The provided build scripts automate the cloning of the original vscode repository, running necessary commands, and uploading the resulting MIT-licensed binaries to GitHub Releases. This process ensures that users obtain a clean build without any Microsoft-specific customizations or telemetry tracking, providing complete control over their development environment under the permissive MIT license.
