Discover Tangled, a collaborative Git platform for developers! Enjoy social coding, open governance, and full control over your code. Perfect for open source projects.
Tangled is a new Git collaboration platform designed around the AT Protocol, offering developers complete code ownership and fostering a more social and engaging coding experience. Inspired by platforms like Forgejo (using ActivityPub’s federated model) and Radicle (a fully P2P model), Tangled aims to combine the best aspects of both approaches. It leverages atproto, a protocol for building decentralized social applications with a central identity, enabling developers to collaborate effectively while maintaining control over their code and fostering open-source community governance. This approach seeks to revitalize coding by making it more interactive and enjoyable through a social and decentralized environment.
