JPEGView is a lightweight, rapid, and highly customizable image viewer and editor designed for JPEG, BMP, PNG, WEBP, TGA, GIF, TIFF, HEIC, JXL, and AVIF formats. It features a minimal graphical user interface (GUI) while providing essential on-the-fly image processing capabilities, enabling users to adjust parameters such as sharpness, color balance, rotation, perspective, contrast, and local exposure. While development at its original SourceForge location concluded in 2018, the project has continued with new development efforts on GitHub, ensuring ongoing support and feature updates for JPEGView.
